The Citizens Advice Service is here for you, willing and able to help resolve any questions or difficulties that you may have during your stay, or those of your family, here at the hospital. Given this role, we would like to offer you the following contact information.
If you have not received information on the health of your family member in 24 hours or more
If you need to deliver or collect your family member’s belongings
If you need to contact with us for any other question
Outside these hours, go to the General Hospital Citizens Advice Service Point Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 8 pm, or the General Hospital Emergency Citizens Advice Service Point on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 8 pm.

Before com to the hospital, read about the affectations related with COVID-19, and in which cases the patients of Vall d’Hebron can be visited or accompanied.
For safety reasons, when you visit the hospital we recommend you:
Keep a safe space between you and other people.
Clean or wash your hands frequently.
Wear a mask.
Always follow instructions issued by healthcare staff.
Arrive on time for appointments (not before or after).
Patients may be accompanied only when strictly necessary.
